Termen livrare: 14.12.2018. Loc livrare: Bucuresti, Splaiul Independentei nr.323A, sector 6. Documente necesare la livrare: factura fiscala; aviz de expeditie; certificat de garantie, declaratie de conformitate. Penalitati:in functie de nr.zile intarziere, prin aplicarea la valoarea produselor/platilor livrate/efectuate cu intarziere, a ratei anuale a dobanzii de referinta aplicabile,comunicate de BNR, plus 8 puncte procentuale.
Plata produselor admise la receptie se va face în contul furnizorului deschis la trezoreria statului, prin virament, cu ordin de plata, in termen de 30 zile calendaristice de la receptie. Plata produselor se va face pe baza facturii furnizorului dupa semnarea procesului verbal de receptie /NRCD cantitativa si calitativa. Toate ambalajele produselor si toate materialele necesare protectiei coletelor ramân în proprietatea achizitorului si intra în pretul bunurilor facturate.
