Notification on the choice of tenderer will be sent in writing to the participants. The contracting authority will not enter into a contract before the waiting period expires. The waiting period is 10 days calculated from the day after notification of chosen tenderer has been sent electronically. Any objections must be filed before the waiting period expires. Assessed on the basis of the tenderer ́s response in Annex 1.1, Annex 2, Annex 4 and Annex 6. An understanding of the assignment and the entirety of the delivery, operation model, interaction, documentation, establishment, transition, implementation ability, service quality, maturity in support and operation processes, future robustness, standardisation, life cycle management, automation, cost management, resource optimisation and managed use of KI will be assessed. Procurement of IT operations and security. The Norwegian Mineral Management Agency with the Bergmesteren for Svalbard shall procure a comprehensive, secure and future-specific IT operation delivery. The delivery includes i.a. user support, service desk, identity and access management, clients, mobile devices, networks, server and cloud services, application operation, backup, recovery, security monitoring, event management, documentation, reporting, establishment, transition, interaction with third-party suppliers and exit assistance. Price Assessed on the basis of the total evaluation price in the completed Annex 7/price form. The total evaluation price is calculated as an establishment cost + compulsory monthly basis × 48 months + the evaluation sum of hourly rates + the evaluation sum options. The evaluation volumes for hourly rates and options are fixed to make the tenders comparable and do not involve any purchasing obligation for the Contracting Authority. The procurement includes social considerations through wage and working conditions requirements, responsible supplier chain, due diligence assessments, sub-supplier follow-up and accessibility/universal design of digital interface. the contracting authority can ask tenderers to submit a supplement, clarify or supplement the already received information and documentation, as long as the tender offer is not improved or changed. Assessed on the basis of the tenderer's response in Annex 1.1, Annex 2, Annex 5, Annex 6, Annex 10 and Annex 11. Identity and access management, logging, monitoring, event management, vulnerability management, backup, recovery, stand-by, data processing, sub-provider management, privacy, audit support, documentation and compliance mechanisms are being assessed. The contracting authority can trigger priced options in the tender documentation Annex 7 and the price form, including the operation and administration of off-site backup servers/managed colocation in Norway, managed infrastructure in public sovereign cloud in Norway and KI and automation services.
