Hansel Oy (Hilma) Markkinaoikeus Comparison price The Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) is procuring Monitoring Collars for Finnish Wild Forest Reindeers (Rangifer tarandus fennicus) as specified in this invitation to tender and its appendices. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in appendix 2 "Object of Procurement" and other procurement documents. The contract will be made with one supplier. The chosen supplier shall supply all the collars and related services defined in this Call for Tenders and its appendices. The comparison criteria are described in the section Grounds for decision of the invitation to tender. Natural Resources Institute Finland Lotek Wireless The delivery schedule is defined in Section 7 of the Appendix A Agreement. The first delivery includes 30 monitoring collars, and it shall be carried out no later than 30th September 2026. The Agreement enters into force when it has been signed. The Agreement shall remain in force for as long as Luke uses the collars procured under the Agreement, unless Luke terminates it earlier pursuant to section 21.3 of the Agreement. Monitoring Collars for Finnish Wild Forest Reindeers The procurement includes also an option to acquire 32 monitoring collars during the contract period. The option also includes the extension to the use of the iridium communications service and other services related to the procurement, such as customer support. The Supplier is obliged to offer such Services to Luke for the life cycle of the devices acquired under this procurement.
