Harstad Kommune The qualification requirements are described in the tender documentation. The aim of the procurement is to reduce environmental impact. When evaluating the tenders, a point score of 0-5 will be given within each award criteria. The environment is weighted based on the emission class in accordance with the form. The objective and extent of the procurement. The procurement is for the execution of winter maintenance (snow clearing, snow clearing, gritting, delivery of gritting, set-up, supplementing and clearing snow poles and other winter maintenance work) for municipal snow clearing areas in Harstad municipality. The total contract length is up to 6 years. The option involves a unilateral right for the municipality to extend the contract on the same terms. The option will run automatically if the contractor has not been notified otherwise by 1 June in the contract or option year. Start up autumn 2026.
