Price Public Procurement Regulations Quality The Energy Central at the University of Stavanger is equipped with automation systems based on Saia PCD, integrated in Evolo SD system. In addition a new ventilation system has been installed in Ellen Aksel Lunds hus, delivered by BSV, which is integrated in an equivalent way. The aim of this procurement is to establish a contract with a suitable supplier who can provide service and maintenance services for the described automation and control system. STATSBYGG Procurement Regulations A contract shall be signed for, among other things, the following services: Functionality test for BAS, Inspection, Error Recovery Software Update, New versionerBackup/protection of data, Remote Service, Investment Planning, Energy service and energy analysis, Technical upgrading, Calibration of temperature providers. Tenderers shall have the necessary software and licences as well as qualified personnel to provide servicing on ASD installations. Documentation shall be submitted to the Directorate of Public Construction and Property upon request.
