A total of 20 sterile benches with vertical laminary air current that shall ensure product protection shall be procured. The sterile benches shall be used in laboratories within life science. The equipment units in this competition will be located in uiO ́s premises. As a result, the contracts with the relevant number of articles will be transferred from Statsbygg to UiO. The University of Oslo will enter into the Directorate of Public Construction and Property ́s rights and obligations in accordance with the contract. Conditions connected to claims etc. will most likely be handled by UiO.In addition maintenance contracts shall be offered after further details in the tender documentation. A stage-by-stage implementation and possible start-up of trial operation is planned for LVB. This will mean that the trial operation for each step will be terminated at different times. The building ́s progress and gradual use will set the guidelines for the delivery and commissioning of mobile equipment. I.e. the contract ́s total equipment extent must be delivered in several lots. Attention is defined that questions will not be answered in the period weeks 27-30.
