In addition, please note that the price of the options consits of potential service costs after the warranty period. In this announcement, it was assumed that these would be drawn down in full on one occasion. However, as the contracts provide for them to be drawn down on multiple occasions, the amount actually drawn down may differ from the total amount announced. This project is an initiative within the WBG Pilot Line, which is a collaborative under the European Chips Act, that is co-funded by the EU and its Member States. Therefore, the project is also funded by the FFG (www.ffg.at). In fact, a supply contract is concluded, which generally ends with the delivery, installation, commissioning, training and acceptance. The actual term will therefore only be determined after installation, commissioning and acceptance.
