The actual contract work in this procurement is not associated with environmental impact, as it is a matter of renovation and overhauling of pumps, which is done with a hand-held tool. The environmental impact is first and foremost connected to transporting the pumps between VAV ́s locations and the tenderer ́s locations. Oslo municipality ́s minimum requirements for transport (zero emission) will be included in the contract. The contracting authority plans to carry out the transport itself, but will have an option in the contract for the tenderer ́s transport of the pumps. Based on this, it is not considered appropriate to evaluate the environment under the award criteria.
