The procurement is mainly for assistance with the operation and maintenance of charging points for electric vehicles, as well as the establishment of payment systems. The tenderer shall also be able to deliver chargers to new charging points as needed. The tenderer shall deliver a comprehensive system for operation and maintenance, including operation and communication of payment systems, reporting systems as well as the necessary competence and resources to operate the system. The criterium will be evaluated on the basis of the evaluation sum in the price form. The prices shall be stated in NOK excluding VAT, and shall include all costs that the tenderer has in connection with the execution of the assignment, including administration fees, taxes/duties, invoice costs, etc. The work shall be carried out throughout Vestland County. See Annex D for an overview of the current charging stations that the county currently has. The contract has a duration of two years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further one year at a time, up to two times.
