INTILITY AS
The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act dated 17 June 2016 no. 73 and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974. The procurement shall be carried out through a restricted tender contest in accordance with part I and part III of the regulation (above the EEA threshold). The competition will be held in two stages: 1. Request for participation: Tenderers shall submit a request, completed ESPD form, documentation of qualification requirements, as well as responses to the selection criteria U1-U3, cf. point 7. 2. Tender offers: If more than five tenderers are qualified, a selection will be made based on the ranking according to the selection criteria. The contracting authority invites 5 qualified tenderers to submit a tender. Tenderers are to submit a reply to the award criteria T1-T3, cf. point 8.
Driftspartner Intility AS
Assortment, quality, lifetime, availability, standardisation, delivery, packaging, handling, guarantee, documentation and call-off support. The evaluation will emphasise the degree to which tenderers document concrete and verifiable additional values beyond the minimum requirements stated in point 6, including maturity in systems, degree of standardisation and quality in support and delivery processes. Documentation requirement: Describe the quality of the delivery beyond fulfilment of the minimum requirements based on the requirements from point 6 (Delivery Requirements).

To what degree the offered delivery contributes to reduced environment and climate impact through concrete, measurable and relevant measures in the relevant contract. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall describe concrete measures that will be implemented in the delivery, including: • relevant environmental measures connected to production, transport, packaging and return. • how any requirements for sub-suppliers will be followed-up in the contract. The measures shall be suitable for contractual follow-up.
