In fact, a supply contract is concluded, which generally ends with the delivery, installation, commissioning, training and acceptance. The actual term will therefore only be determined after installation, commissioning and acceptance. Furthermore, the possibility of taking out service options after the warranty period had expired was not taken into account. Supply Contract It should be noted that the stated “value excluding VAT” here and below is based on the price of the Upgrades for magnetic thin film sputtering deposition equipment including delivery, installation, commissioning, training as well as all possible options (excluding any value adjustments). This total value is therefore composed of the total price of the tool in the amount of EUR 1,956,720.18 (JPY 364,400,000) presently retrieved and any potential retrieved options (see the values below in the section options).
