Only for services: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements REQUIREMENT: The tenderer shall have experience from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments mean services of cleaning and canteen services. It is sufficient that the references together fulfil the requirement. A minimum of one of the cleaning deliveries shall be carried out in accordance with NS-INSTA 800. Tenderers shall state which of the deliveries were carried out in accordance with NS-INSTA 800. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: The requirement for experience shall be documented by filling in the attached template for a reference overview, cf. the Procedure Rules Annex 4 Overview of reference assignments. Up to three (3) of the most important services from the last three (3) years must be stated, calculated from the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition. The assignment includes cleaning of AtB ́s premises in Prinsens gate 39 and 41 with a total area of approx. 2,300 m2, as well as at AtB ́s premises in Sorgenfri, with a total area of approx. 200 m2. The assignment also includes canteen services in AtB ́s premises in Prinsensgate 39. The contract period is from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2030. The contracting authority has a unilateral option for up to a further 1+1+1 year. The contract ́s start date is 1 December 2026. The Contracting Authority (AtB AS) shall enter into a contract for cleaning and canteen services with one tenderer. The assignment includes cleaning of AtB ́s premises in Prinsens gate 39 and 41 with a total area of approx. 2,300 m2, as well as at AtB ́s premises in Sorgenfri, with a total area of approx. 200 m2. The assignment also includes canteen services in AtB ́s premises in Prinsensgate 39.The contract ́s start date is 1 December 2026. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Tenderers must submit documentation that states a description of the company's quality management system and the time of implementation. The tenderer ́s documentation must give a general description of the contents of the system, with emphasis on what is relevant for this contract. The description shall be so detailed that the Contracting Authority can undertake an independent assessment of the tenderer's quality management system. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or an equivalently recognised standard for quality management, it is sufficient to submit a copy of a valid certificate issued by an accredited certification body. Is the tenderer in an insolvency situation? Specify why, under the mentioned circumstances, one is able to carry out the contract, considering the current national provisions and measures for continuing the business activities? DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Company Registration Certificate Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements REQUIREMENT 1: Tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Tax certificate. The certificate must not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. REQUIREMENT 2: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: The board ́s annual accounts with the auditor ́s report, the board ́s report and the annual report for the last three (3) years 2025, 2024 and 2023. • Norwegian tenderers: The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment of the company. • Foreign tenderers shall enclose a credit rating from a certified credit rating agency based on the last known accounting figures. The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment itself. The contracting authority has a unilateral option for up to a further 1+1+1 year. The estimated contract value is NOK 2.8 million excluding VAT per annum, including the costs for purchasing goods. This is equivalent to a total contract value of approx. NOK 17.7 million excluding VAT for the entire contract period including options. The contracting authority can give 3 months written notice on the contract. The contracting authority can also terminate parts of the contract with three months written notice, if there is a justifiable reason. For example, a rental contract for the location expires. A site inspection will be held 10 September 2026. Registration shall be sent through Mercell by the end of 8 September 2026. Each tenderer can participate with a maximum of two persons. The estimated contract value is NOK 2.8 million excluding VAT per annum, including the costs for purchasing goods. This is equivalent to a total contract value of approx. The description shall be so detailed that the Contracting Authority can undertake an independent assessment of the tenderer's environmental management system, including how the system is implemented and managed in the entity. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or an equivalent recognised standard for environmental management, it is sufficient to submit a copy of a valid certificate issued by an accredited certification body.
