Commitment to target requirements Cleanroom The aim of this procurement procedure was to award the contract to the best bidder identified during the procurement procedure for the supply, installation, commissioning as well as optional services (after warranty) of/for a magnetic annealing furnace for Silicon Austria Labs GmbH. The options consist of the following ones: DDU SAL (EUR 80 000,00), 3rd party certification (EUR 80 000,00), Expanded spare part kit(EUR 100 000,00), SECS/GEM (EUR 30 000,00), High temp(700degC) application (EUR 50 000,00), Wafer ID reading(Typing input) (EUR 10 000,00), Cassette ID reading (EUR 20 000,00) as well as a Magnetic Field Insitu measurement (EUR 10 000,00) This project is an initiative within the FAMES Pilot Line, which is a collaborative under the European Chips Act, that is co-funded by the EU and its Member States. In fact, a supply contract is concluded, which generally ends with the delivery, installation, commissioning, training and acceptance. The actual term will therefore only be determined after installation, commissioning and acceptance. The successful bidder is a Japanese company and therefore does not have a national identification number or a NUTS code.
