In line with the Management Board decision of 4 December 2025 laying down implementing rules for the designation of Topic Centres as part of the Eionet for the period 2027-2030 and in agreement with the provision under Article 4 (5) of the EEA - Eionet Founding Regulation 401/2009 which specifies "Topic Centres shall be designated for a period not exceeding the duration of each multiannual work programme".
