The most important climate footprint and environmental impacts in this procurement are: Climate gas emissions in connection with transport to and from properties and the environmental impact connected to the procurement of materials and products. Concrete environmental requirements are set to reduce the procurement ́s total climate footprint and environmental impact. It has been estimated that these requirements will give a better climate and environmental effect than the use of climate and environment as the award criterion. In order to reduce the climate impact from materials and products, the most common of these are purchased as a part of a framework agreement for work with locks, door and gate environments. There are requirements for third party verified environmental labelling for these. In order to reduce climate footprint from transport in connection with the work in properties, emission free vehicles are required.
