Suppliers may apply for qualification at any time. To apply, the suppliers must complete an order form and pay in advance an annual qualification fee ranging from approximately EUR 200 to EUR 1000. Basic commercial requirements must be satisfied. Some buying organisations may have individual requirements in addition to the basic requirements. The suppliers can therefore be asked to answer customer­specific questions related to the qualification. The bidder’s lists will be based on suppliers that have passed the initial qualification. This notice is published on a voluntary basis in order to increase transparency and knowledge about the contracting entity’s purchases in EU tender procedures. This notice relates to the operation of one offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea with a total potential capacity of up to 1.5 GW, specifically to the tender for Fuel Supply to the Generation (operations) phase. Ørsted Wind Power A/S will use the UNCE qualification system for procurement and expects to launch the tender via said qualification system no earlier than October 2026 using product code 1.11.18 Fuel Oil. This notice supplements previously published notices from 2022/S 171­485785 and 538610-2026. While Achilles Utilities NCE is of indefinite duration, supplier information must be updated annually. Suppliers already qualified on Achilles Utilities NCE will be reminded to renew before the qualification period expires. The tender procedure shall be governed by the laws of Denmark, excluding any conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the tender procedure shall be settled by the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement. If the Danish Complaints Board does not have jurisdiction to settle the dispute, the dispute shall be settled by the City Court of Lyngby, Denmark.
