Tarjottavasta polkimesta annetaan 10 pistettä, mikäli poljin sisältyy tarjoukseen ja täyttää tarjouspyynnössä asetetut vaatimukset. Mikäli poljinta ei tarjota, annetaan 0 pistettä. Muutoksenhakuaika on 14 päivää hankintapäätöksen ja valitusosoituksen tiedoksisaannista. Tarjousten vertailussa huomioidaan tarjouksen kokonaishinta.
