Suedia – Echipamente de laborator, optice şi de precizie (cu excepţia ochelarilor) – Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) Tool

Förvaltningsrätten i Malmö Lunds universitet Se upphandlingsdokumenten Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) Tool Lund University, Department of Physics, Lund Nano Lab is acquiring an Electron Beam Lithography Tool. The instrument is intended for high resolution, repeatable patterning, equipped with a large writing field for high throughput patterning, and automated self-calibration routines to support long exposures with minimal errors due to beam drift. Finally, its flexible sample loading system must be configured for a wide range of samples from small pieces used for basic science, or wafers up to 8" in diameter for pilot production testing. With these properties, the Electron Beam Lithography Tool will become a central part of the Lund Nano Lab fabrication infrastructure and support a range of applications such as quantum devices, high-power electronics, metasurfaces and more. In addition to the instrument, the tender must include all associated costs such as warranty, packaging, insurance, on-site installation, commissioning, FAT, SAT, duty and transportation, training, documentation, support, development/software updates, charges under the Ordinance on Producer Responsibility for Packaging (2022:1274) etc. - . 01 education allowed Malmö none required Box 188 1bf7679b-da90-4bf7-8c0f-5f566c555c72 supplies price Kalendegatan 6 cn-standard ORG-0001 ORG-[telefon eliminat]+01:00 no-eu-funds 32014L0024 0 [telefon eliminat] SEK true 2026-10-07+02:00 https://www.kommersannons.se/Lundsuniversitet/Notice/NoticeDispatch.aspx?NoticeId=62803 Lund non-restricted-document ENG [telefon eliminat] no 202100-3211 eforms-sdk-1.13 LOT-0001 SE224 [telefon eliminat]:04:00+02:00 epo-procurement-document [email eliminat] SWE 21135 194/2026 [email eliminat] false 26000000 V 2026/287 cf10ff51-8b5e-49f6-a3a4-fb7d8086c11c https://www.lu.se/ 2028-03-15+01:00 23:59:00+01:00 ••• ••• 05+02:00 Maria Plaschke 38000000 cga open 2026-11-05+01:00
