no The framework agreement has an initial term of four years. The intended effective date of the agreement is mentioned in the planning. The term of the agreement can be extended once by four years. The intended effective date of the frame work agreement is a target date, and no rights can be derived from this date. In order for Gasunie to achieve the intended result of the contract (see section 2.1.1), you shall be required to perform various activities, also referred to as the ‘contract scope’. These activities are, in general terms, outlined below: • Engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing (FAT), transportation to Gasunie site and testing on site (SAT) of compact stations. • Each compact station contains: o Concrete housing. o One hermetically sealed oil type 400 kVA 33kV/0,41 kV transformer. o One low voltage distribution board. o One socket outlet rack on the outside of the compact station.
