The public site has been designed and built by AIB itself, with AI assistance; the contractor's role is to verify, refine and bring this existing codebase into production, not to design or develop a new website. https://www.raadvst-consetat.be/?page=index&lang=en FPS Policy and Support In application of article 9 of the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017, in view of the change notice published on 12/10/2026, the submission deadline and the date of opening of the tenders are postponed from 16/10/2026, 12:00 to 23/10/2026, 12:00 (CEST).
