Tenderers who wish to contest the contracting authority's decisions must ensure compliance with relevant deadlines. It does not exceed legal limits. The contract period is 2 years with an option for 1+1 year extension. The Contracting Authority manages several churches, cemeteries and other properties, and therefore has an ongoing need for electrical supplies for operation and maintenance. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with a single supplier. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that the overall needs of Bergen kirkelige fellesråd for electrical supplies are met efficiently and appropriately. For larger projects, the Contracting Authority will ask the supplier for project prices, and transport and delivery will also be an important part of the contract. The Contracting Authority currently has a similar framework agreement with Onninen, which expires in January 2027. The new framework agreement is therefore expected to start in January 2027. The agreement will run for two (2) years from the date of signing. The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the agreement by one (1) year at a time, up to two (2) times. The maximum total term is four (4) years. An option is exercised by written notice from the Contracting Authority no later than three (3) months before the agreement expires. The agreement terminates automatically at the end of the agreement period. If all options are exercised, the expected total value of the procurement is NOK 10,000,000, with expected annual call-offs of NOK 2,500,000. The maximum contract value is NOK 15,000,000. These amounts are based on historical data. The procurement is conducted in accordance with the Norwegian Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA), FOR-2016-08-12-974, Parts I and III.
