All interested tenderers can apply for participation, but only a selection of qualified tenderers will be invited to submit a tender. The contracting authority will then conduct negotiations with the tenderers on the content of the tenders before the final award. Tenderers are strongly encouraged to follow the instructions given in this tender documentation with annexes and possibly ask questions about uncertainties in the communication module in Hyyr. Part V - GIVAS-26-02 Project management and project support for treatment plants. Minimum candidates: 1. Maximum: 3. The contracting authority plans to invite three tenderers to submit tender offers. If more than three qualified tenderers submit requests for participation in the competition, the contracting authority will choose among these tenderers on the basis of the selection criteria under the qualification requirements. All invited tenderers will have their tenders evaluated, provided that they still fulfil the given qualification requirements through the tender phase and at the award. Following the negotiations and any updated tenders, the final evaluation of the three tenders will be made and the contract will be awarded. Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent assignments: Tenderers shall have documented experience from a minimum of 1 equivalent project (as far as implementation ability, scope, value and complexity) where the tenderer has had the project management for the builder. Reference projects shall have a minimum contract cost of NOK 750 million. Tenderers shall submit a description of all relevant reference projects with a completion date after 01.01.2020. State the contract cost for each project, the contracting authority ́s name and gender neutral preferred (name, telephone number, e-mail address), the tenderer's role and what the assignment consisted of. References can be contacted if necessary. With the selection, more relevant experience is seen as better. All projects where the tenderer has had the project management for the builder are relevant, but experience from treatment facilities, water treatment facilities and equivalent complex processing plants is considered more relevant than experience from ordinary construction projects without equivalent technical complexity. Experience from projects carried out as a collaboration contract is assessed as particularly relevant. Ongoing projects can be used as references if the completed services provide sufficient basis to document relevant experience.
