Descriere

Le lot n°03 succède aux consultations pour les travaux préalables et anticipés (mise en place de la basevie, des clôtures, autonomisation de certains locaux du centre et montage des échafaudages), et se positionne avant les appels d'offres du reste des travaux "généraux". Ce lot de Désamiantage Déplombage Curage Réemploi vise à éliminer une partie des matériaux, notamment ceux contenant de l'amiante et du plomb, dans le cadre du projet de rénovation "Pompidou 2030". Elle inclut le retrait des panneaux PICAL des façades, des calorifuges, des joints, des peintures plombées, des boîtes de mélange, et des réseaux contaminés, ainsi que la décontamination des structures métalliques pour permettre leur réemploi. Les travaux, réalisés en site non occupé et sous confinement strict (niveaux 1 à 3), nécessitent des investigations complémentaires pour lever les réserves du diagnostic, notamment dans les plenums et les zones techniques. La méthodologie combine démontage robotisé, grattage, aspiration THE, et nettoyage haute pression, avec une gestion rigoureuse des déchets vers des filières agréées. Cette prestation, phasée et coordonnée avec les autres lots, est essentielle pour sécuriser le chantier et préparer les futurs aménagements du bâtiment.
