- L’accord-cadre est conclu pour un an à compter de sa date de notification. Il est reconductible trois (3) fois par tacite reconduction, par période d’une année, sans que la durée totale de l’accord-cadre ne puisse excéder quatre (4) ans. Le titulaire ne peut s’opposer à la reconduction. - Ce critère sera apprécié selon la démarche environnementale du candidat décrite au CRT valant mémoire technique. Le candidat devra notamment préciser tous les moyens mis en œuvre pour respecter les objectifs de développement durable détaillés aux articles 8-3 et 8-4 du CCP, dans le cadre de l'exécution des prestations.
